Finding Joy in the Imperfect Capture
Sometimes, you only have a heartbeat to react. That was certainly the case when this Cooper's Hawk decided to depart, and in those few precious seconds, I was lucky enough to get a single shot off. and I was lucky enough to get a single shot off in those three precious seconds. The photo that resulted is a far cry from perfect, it's dark, a touch out of focus, and the composition is certainly not its strong suit. Yet, looking at it, I feel a sense of satisfaction, this single, imperfect image is a reminder of the thrill of the moment.

Under construction
Lots going on here at Kuz Photo, the website has been moved, I started up a new blog site here on blogger and I'm working on migrating all the old blog content. It feels good to have a fresh start on a more simple setup and not be self hosting a WordPress site anymore. I really liked how flexible WP was but it was also so much work keeping it up and running.
