On a mission for sweets!

After my hike in Rocky Mountain National park , I stopped for one of our favorite treats. This is the same Taffy shop where my wife and I got our wedding favors, we bundled little packs of Estes Park taffy for our guest to take home.

A day of adventure

F rom 10,111 feet to the night skies it was an epic day! With Veterans Day off I decided to head to Rocky Mountain National Park for a hike. With no real plan I got out of the car at the Bear Lake Trail Head and ended up hiking over 1000ft up to Emerald Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park, it. almost broke me Visited 5 lakes in the p ark today, Bear, Nymph, Dream, Emerald, and Sprague. Later that evening we were treated to an epic display of the northern lights in Colorado. Absolutely breathtaking and fun to see in person. Lots more photos to come, just need to dive into editing.
